Go Pro..... What do I need to do next :s

Ok so a Go Pro 3 happened to arrive yesterday not sure where from just a magic little elf dropped it off.........

What do I need to do to make some video with all the overlay crap on it? I ain't even looked at instructions yet so any advice would be gratefully received, am not a techno buff so will need to be simple haha

I have a go pro 3 also and haven't got a clue how to use it tbh and yes I have.a Manual , I can post u it up if ya like and just send me it back when u have had a good butchers at ya leisure , or u still doing next curborough u could chuck me it back then ??

If your on android there's a gopro guide on the market which is just an electronic version of the book

I've got the manual at home so guess am gonna have to read it to work it out, but will it show all this overlay game? Wanna have all the speedo game on it, dunno what its called or how to program it to do it :s

I have a go pro 2 and a 3 loads of brackets etc and every time I'm out on track I forget to turn it on !!

Think you need the import date from an external source.
