Gearbox power flex mount... How do I fit?

So I took out the battery gray, induction kit etc and there were 3 bolts holding the gearbox mount in. I undid the 2 either side and then the middle one and tried to get it out. There was no movement... Anyone got any ideas on how to fit this or what I'm doing wrong?

it took us while but we managed...try to give it a whack from underneath your car with a steel bar..

Give the steel plate? Or just the rubber section?

yeah the plate mate..its hard to explain..there is not much room to work with..but we hit it a few times and eventually it gave up..

Wonder if my mechanic uses the same Technique ? I'll ask him Tuesday after he's fitted it :d

And do do you support the gearbox with a jack or not?

Use a hydraulic jack under the gearbox and Jack it up, then drop the jack. It will loosen eventually
