Gearbox Fluid

Has anyone changed theirs? I've got a Clio 200 with 31k on the clock, it's fine when warmed up but is a little bit stiff when cold has anyone changed the gearbox fluid for something different and noticed an improvement?
 
There's loads of threads on this, all with varying preferences. I'd suggest using opie oils, select your car and it will tell you what is suitable.

I use Fuchs Titan stuff, been fine so far.
