Gearbox fluid selection

Sorry guys, I know this may have already been covered but I did a good search and can't seem to locate a good thread.

I am looking to service the gearbox and am struggling to decide which brand and rating to pick. I am definitely looking to get something better than what I have from the standard box. So what are you guys using? I have problem with gear selecting problem when cold. Once warm, the problem goes away. Car has done 74k (58miles).

I am considering castrol or redline or is there anything better still? Please advise brand and rating

I use Castrol Edge Syntrans 75W90 GL4 gearbox oil. A definite improvement in box feel after replacing the standard stuff with this.

Switched from original to Yacco BVX600 75w90.
There was a slight improvement.
Lots of owners recommend this Castrol, unfortunatelly I wasn't able to find it.

If I would replace my transmission oil again I would go for Motul Gear 300 or Titan Sintofluid 75w80.
