I bought richbrook ones in the early 00s basically the same solid polished balls with the numbers engraved and ones with the cutout and plastic insert
they were 20 - 40
If they even charged 50 they would sell alot.

I’ve got this one from this seller. Yes it’s expensive but the gear shifts feel great. This gearknob is very ergonomic and has a weighted feel.
