Funny Noise when i turn the steering wheel

Hi

I have a funny screeching noise when i turn the steering wheel to the right.

It only appears to be when you are stationary(I know your not supposed to do it when your stationary) or at very very low speed.

I don't know if anyone has experienced something similar before.

Please advise.
