You can just use a p clip if you can’t find any. I think you can only get them new by buying an oem brake line.

If you still have the original brake pipes open the bracket jaws to remove the original hose from the bracket use some fuel hose to pack the gap out if you are changing to aftermarket brake lines and if you cant figure out make one slice along the length of the rubber hose so you can slip it around the brake line. New genuine brake lines come with the bracket fitted.
