Folding door mirrors

I have just found out my clio has folding mirrors...sort of.

If I manually fold the mirrors in, when I unlock the car, they fold out. However, the button in the car doesn't fold them in whether the engine is on or not. Also, it makes a slight noise and sounds like it is catching on something but I can't see anything.

you have to turn dot on switch down 180 deg. to fold mirrors

Can this be retrofitted easily?

You'd need the loom.

As above. Grip and turn 180 deg the stick that adjusts the mirror angle. Turn as in unscrewing but don't worry it turns and turns without coming off.
