Fitting a Ktec Cat Back this week. How to get it right first time.

Morning,

I am fitting my new Ktec Cat back this week and after reading about other peoples experiences re knocking and melting the diffuser I want to make sure I get it right first time.

Is the knocking obvious when driving? Where does it knock? Alignment tips?

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Hi mate. I have a Ktec Cat back system with a decat.

When I first put it on it was perfect I didn't have time to put the exhaust tips on so the exhaust was hidden behind the diffuser (I have the 200 diffuser so more room behind).

It was very loud with pops and bangs.
There was no knocking then.
I put the standard back on for a it's mot and just nicely last weekend out the ktec back on now I have knocking and the tips can never sit right.

Did you manage to sort yours out?

Hey guys,

I've been having issues with mine knocking around recently as well. It never used to do it about 8k ago but has started now, just wondering if it has shifted at all!

Did you guys or anyone else get this sorted?
