Ha ha ha - at the weekend I saw a Vauxhall Zafira with "Im driving fast cos I need a poo" in the back window.

It's maybe not related together with your PSU, take to process recovery.... I'd the exact same issue for destructive programs..... There several also be disease on your hdd, run stay free linux os like slitaz <35MB, could be boot from usb pushes, you might use Rufus1.1.7 for that>, eliminate disease from origin of each partition and reinstall windows.
