Fao litchy or anyone else with a 64mm tb?!

Went to fit mine today but it seems to just stick on 3000 revs on idle:/ the plate only let's a tiny amount of air in similar to standard.. Do you know what's wrong everything's moving freely cheers !

I think Litchy had a similar problem with his first one... Shagged spring I think he said, but I'm sure he'll confirm that for you as soon as he sees this.

Did you test the TB before it was sent away to be bored out?

I got it done at work and the spring was fine definatly springing back correctly then when I put it in I recoiled it right up ohhh it hurt the fingers lol

Yea will do bud , pushing both throttle bodies here feels like standard one is slightly stiffer but that could be to do with leverage due to sizing ...

Faulty electronics.....was it working before you enlarged it?

Yea ... Wonder if any one the hairs are bent :/ when I've put it back in ...
