FAO Alpine headunit owners

What cable do I need to attach the headunit to the original aerial to get radio?

I have everything else working including stalk controls but can't figure out the cable needed for the aerial.

Also if anyone has managed to fit a sub, how the f... Did you manage to get the power cable from the battery to the boot?

I just fitted an Alpine to my 200. They guy tried loads of adapters for the aerial. The one that worked was for a Golf 6
