Failed MOT, help needed

Put my 197 in for its mot this morning and its failed on 'nearside front suspension arm has excessive play in the ball joint'

anybody know which part i would need, just spoke to a garage and they've told me theres essentially 3 ball joints, one on the inner stub axle, one outer and one on the wishbone, im a little bit miffed

Ball joint can be purchased from rsport. Otherwise you have to get the whole hub carrier which is £180 for the part from Renault.

I spoke to renaultsport (smiths in peterborough) today and the dont do just the ball joint

any idea if the ones in the link up top are the correct part?

You have to contact rsport, Im sure they do this, becouse i bought one about 2 mths ago. They about 60-70 quid delivered.

They are just a normal Renault dealer, you need R-Sport in Wimbledon (as said) these are the dealer who supply the Clio cup teams with spares from Renaultsport in Dieppe.
