F1 decals? what colour?

I am looking into getting some F1 decals for my car and especially the roof decal but im unsure on what colour to go for?

My car is silver and i dont think silver is going to look right at all

What do you think?

Lol, Its nowhere near a crime as putting M badges on slow BMW's. If the OP had a Clio RipCurl and wanted to an RS badge on then he would be guilty.

The F1 is not that special that you shouldn't put the stickers on another 197. People put full rally stickers on road cars and no one bats an eyelid

I totally agree, its rarer than an F1 but if the OP wants to make his car look like the common 197 then so be it... :Rofl:

Oh definitely each to their own!!! It's like the Evo and Impreza guys you see every now and then with the full hit on them. Numberboards, logos for products they don't even use/drink/know what it is etc., when done right they *can* on the very rare occasion look ok. But personally it's just OTT for me, I'm a less is more kind of person when it comes to stickers.

I'm not saying F1 graphics are OTT though, far from it, they're no more OTT than the JCW package on the MINI. But the genuine stickers are bloody expensive from Renault for what they are and personally I wouldn't bother on a normal 197. If it was an F1 that was spec'd without the sticker pack but then you wanted them retro-fitting then I could understand that but for stickers sake it's not my thing.

If I was inclined to want to add some colour/stickers to mine then I'd look at having something different done which would probably be cheaper. Was it Tim (Colt3003 ?) who's had his roof done black with the Silverstone track outline on it? That is very nice. I liked how you had your skulls too Mr.F and whoever it was who had the frogs, "Frogbomber", on the tailgate. Just my 2p worth!!!

I remember I read somewhere that Renault charges £800 for the roof sticker lol joke
