Exterior Door Handles (Keyless)

Does anyone have a set of working door handles for a 200? Both lock buttons have stopped working but unlock is still working. Looks like you used to be able to do a swap process but guess that’s not available anymore?

I think the unpainted ones are available the internals can be swapped over thats one option the other is to replace the switch I did two of them the other night. Now the word on the street is that the Laguna III door handle is the same but normally they are painted the cars colour but again the internals can be swapped although you are buying a used part but great if you want to replace the switch then do a straight swap out.
