Just after some opinions on something to make it sound like it should

No budjet really but dont want to but the best if i dont have too.

I also dont want to cust the standard system as i belive some you have to do this ?

From what I understand you pretty much always have to cut it as to get it off without you'd have to remove the rear beam pretty much.

All exhausts will require cutting the standard exhaust unless you wanna drop the rear beam.

When cut they can easily be put back on with the aid of a sleeve.

Ahh i see so no bigge then ok so great.

So the big Q is the akropovic evo really worth the £££

YES!

Close thread. lol

Although i have heard good stuff off the supersprint too

The Akro is ace. normal at motorway cruising speeds but my god it comes alive when you give it some right foot. the pops and snaps at 7500RPM on upshifts are worth every penny

Im sure Noddie will vouch for me on this

Here is a link to a few vids of mine at Snetterton

Akrapovic @ Snetterton

Gonna agree with Ashton but then I would lol. Just gonna echo what he says. Quiet when you "cant be bothered" but sounds like an animal when "in the mood".

Supersprint does sound frickin awesome to but its always deafeningly loud.

I've got the K-Tec with a 200 Cell and it sounds great to me. Deeper idle but not too OTT and sings well under load with plenty of pops.

Standard system is easy enough to get off without cutting, just undo the bottom bolt on each rear shocker. It taks some wiggling, but it's not a difficult job.

EDIT

I'll try and get a couple of videso for you tomorrrow.

N0ddie your "worst" vid has sold the akra to me if i ever wanted to upgrade. It sounds so non intrusive on the idle and low revs. I had a GrpN Peugeot Sport exhaust on the 106, loved the noise but sometimes it was just too much.

Lol.

Im an akro fan boy. But after having a powerflow which was a very good exhaust, think you even commented on it A2ON when i collected the coilovers from you how nice it was. But it wasnt any different in performance. The akrapovic was instantly noticeable!! Better power everywhere and was so much more eager!! Ive always said best bolt on mods are the akrapovic and kw v3s!! You def get what you pay for mate! As said, very subtle, but when in the mood the sound is addictive!!

Not slating other exhausts, but there is a reason they have a very good name for themselves
