Is there any other exhausts that could be fitted to a 197 with a 200 diffuser (So 200 Fitment)

SuperSport Exhaust System
Akrapovic Exhaust System
Miltek Exhaust System
Scorpion Exhaust System
KTR Exhaust System

I've an Akrapovic evo and have used a piper cat back with a Ktec manifold they are both good but the piper has a full ktec map when fitted, the Akrapovic I fitted no mapping and was stronger down low right away no down side in a standard un mapped car. Make sure the exhaust goes all the way into the 200 funnels, so many people have fitted 200 diffusers just to melt them by not taking the extra time to make sure of this.

I have went from a Miltek (Pictures Below) to a standard 200 system for the fact that the Miltek rattled and started to heat up the diffuser.

The 200 standard exhaust is perfect and things but looking for another option but I do know with the Miltek that there is a flat low down spot and its sluggish as hell.

I would love to get a Akrapovic but @ £1200 for the system is mad as its 1/4 of what theca is worth.

It's no wonder the diffuser started melting, as that's a 197 system.
The tips are not meant to stick out so far.

Any 197 system will fit a 200 diffuser (correctly) if you trim the tips down.

When I bought the car the Miltek was on it for a few months, I then bought a 200 diffuser and thought that the tips would fit with no rattle or melting and they did fit with the rattle and some melting but it was saved and sorted.
The miltek came off and was given away and then a standard 200 back box was put on.

The car runs fine with no issues and things but maybe looking to swap the standard 200 system out for a performance system but the low down flat spot puts me off.

The rattle is the tips hitting metal against metal, Miltek sell tips for the 200 the main exhaust is the same just bolt them on and done as far as the rattle and melting fixed, but a map would be needed for the flat spot your in Scotland I think I'm going to see if I can transfer a custom map from one car to another as an experiment
