Engine making noise on cold start

Hello All, When the engine is started from cold there seems to be a constant noise coming near the Cambelt, Water pump area. You can hear it on this link

Does anybody know what this could be?

I have only just bought the car and its annoying me a bit and just wanted to see if anyone else has had this before?

I've looked at the receipts given to me, looks like cambelt was swapped.

Just an update in-case its useful to anyone. I took it to two-techs and they diagnosed as alternator issue and they swapped out and all good, noise has gone. They also sorted out my tracking, they found that the hub was missing steering arm bushes the ones that fit into the front hub and the steering track rod end bolts into. its running without any noise and straight! Thanks Two Techs for great service highly recommend.

Good that's an example of taking a car to a specialist they will be quicker to diagnose and most likely to point out other stuff and in the long run most likely cheaper that a main dealer or unfamiliar mechanic that does not know what's normal and is not.
