engine flush ?

jus wondering whats the best thing to flush all the crap and deposits out of the engine i was jus looking into this because atm my car is quite sluggish on accleration i was wondering if these engine or injector cleaners are good ? any ideas people and if so how much and were thanks

Wouldnt bother using engines flush it can cause alsorts of problems like oil leaks, regular oil changes will be enough to keep the engine clean, injector cleaner is a gud idea though, plug and air filter change too

My opinion wynns injector cleaner, think halfords do it for under £10 not bad stuff always put it in my cars before m.o.t and give it a blast for piece of mind.

Really not keen on redex.
