ECM Fault codes can't be erased

Hello, i bought an 197 around an month ago, a friend tried a few days ago to erase some fault codes i have stored but i could not do that with one scanner, then i tried with other scanner at an different person, same thing.
Today i tried myself with one more device, an 400 euro artidiag 800BT, it definitely should scan this car. It does scan the ECM while engine running but when engine is off and ignition on it does not scan the ECM it could not connect to it, only shows the fault codes while the engine is running but i could not erase them.
I have no other remaining fault codes in other modules, it can scan them all and erase the codes from every other module like ABS, instrument cluster, air conditioning, ect.
3 fault codes in ECM, not related to an ECM fault, two are in memory and one active, so at least it should be able to clear the memory but the ECM itself does not allow to be erased.

I do not think the ECM is not ok because i can read the codes while engine on, car work fine, no issues.
I suspect either some kind of protection on the ECM preventing fault codes to be erased, it's my first renault, i don't know if this is possible i just assume.
Or i suspect an relay or fuse blown or other electrical issue besides ecu itself.

I would really appreciate if someone can point me in an direction on where or what to look into, i scattered the internet for information about an issue like this but i could not find anything.

After checking all the fuses and checking the obd port pins i found the way, key card into it's slot and hold the start button without any pedal pressed for 10s, it will let you scan the ECM with engine off and erase the codes. Issue resolved.

Operator error
This is a Very common problem with push button ignition
Easy with keys and click one position on
But a lot of people don’t know you can have ignition on with a no start of engine on push button start

Yes, operator error here but still weird, if i just do a short press of start button the ignition is on and you can read codes from other modules but not the ECM. Tried and tested, i have to hold the button for around 10s, also the key card has to be into the slot.
I don't know if they all like this or on my clio somebody put their hands in the electric system, it feels weird that i could not find anything about this issue on the forums, google search, nothing.

Yea it a nuisance
What I hate on my 200t is the car shutting down into power saver mode when you are in the middle of reading codes or doing a update
Think I’ll try the ten second hold with the card in
Thankyou
