Door trim please help

Hi to cut a long story short I had my car keyed which has been repaired thru my insurance but now got a problem the door trim on both sides of v car I fink used to b glossy. But since v car has been sprayed they are now a matt finish. Which they say they havnt painted anyway. Do they cum standard glossy or matt (textured finish they called it) thanks for ur help

Both sides of car. V trim thts half way down v door and rear quarter. I'm just sure it used to b a smooth gloss finish when u rubbed ur hand ova it

if you mean the door bump strips then they are painted and kind of smooth with a slight texture to them

if a cup then the door strips are bleack crinkle finish...
