disconnected cable in the engine bay

Hi there, can i ask you for advise about disconnected cablein the engine bay.
During bulb headlight replacement, I noticed a disconnected cable that leads along the reservoir washer system, at the end is a classic connector, attaching pictures. Onboard dash without any errors.

isn't that a "blanking plug" in the end of the cable...

Im not sure, but i will connect voltmeter and try to measure the voltage.

Solved, this one is blanking plug thank you guys.
