Difficult to engage 2nd at high revs

Hi guys, I have just bought a Clio 200 gp and when I drive the car hard in 1st or 3rd when I change gear it's sometimes difficult to engage...

do they all do that sir?

there's no crunches like a lot of them (touch wood)

I think this is related to soft engine bracket.
These thing improved massively on EP3 Civic Type R once harder bracket are installed..but then you have more engine vibrations..

In my case I had to be extraordinarily precise when selecting 2nd (up or down the box when under load), no crunching just no gear. The gear linkage (or gear selector linkage- to be honest I forget the exact terminology) was adjusted by the dealer and that fixed the issue straight away.
