convert seats to office chairs

Hi! I have spare set of 197 seats, and i wan't convert it to office chairs, did anyone try to do this? any tips?

I'm doing this later on this year but just into arm chairs as the house I'm moving into isn't furnished, will keep and eye on this to see how you did it
