Condensation in new projectors..

Got my new projectors a few month back, and noticed as soon as cold has came, they are just misting up. So is the car, I'm getting a lot of condensation inside, only since I stripped my headliner out, anything I can do about this?

The interior im guessing it is but the headlights and renowned for having condensation build up ive had 2 sets on front of mine and theyve bith done it
