Compbrake top mounts

Hello!

I wanted to order some compbrake adjustable top mounts and there is an option to choose the sleeve nut and washer size. M12x1.25 or M14x1.50?
For a 197 from 2007, bilstein b14 fitted.

Anyone know which size should fit?

Also opinions on other adjustable top mounts would be appreciated, I am not sure what to choose... AST? PMS?

If you are putting some B14s on the car the two front dampers use M12x1.25 nylon nuts. I know because I paid Bilstein £10 for two nuts.
