Coilovers vs Diff

Jamsport did mine, RS tuning, anywhere that does car tuning I would think mate.

Mates got an ST170 he uses on track with coilovers and a quaife diff and allways says the diff is one of the best mods he's fitted.

Even after fitting a powerwerks superchager kit

If i got an ast top mount id go through mark fish as he's a dealer for them (i believe) so hopefully wouldnt be a problem.
Ive heard very good things about Spax on all sorts of other cars but didnt realise they made a set for the 200.
Decisions, decisions.......lol.
BTW, who fits diffs other than k-tec? (i ask as k-tec is a good 3 hour drive away)

you can't fit AST top mounts to other coilovers or stock suspension though...

Diff is a GREAT mod if you track the car. If not (a lot), my opinion would be a good set of coilovers for the adjustability. I don't think you need a diff for the road (unless of course you run silly power), the car has traction and not so much power.

Everyone has a different driving style and if you manage to play with the settings of an adjustable kit and get it right then it's gonna be a win.

I'm running an AST kit with adjustable top mounts and I can easily say that I don't need a diff on my 202bhp clio for the road..
