What do you guys think a new Clio RS costs in Holland at the moment?

Base price of a Clio RS is: 28000 Euro's

Ad all the extra's out of the brochure and you pay 36000 euro's.

I have to move to Germany. Prices are much better there.

For example, the new BMW 1 series M coupe costs 85K here.
In Germany the same car will cost you 55K. That´s insane!!!

how much do you pay for fuel??

Yesterday 1 liter RON98 fuel cost me 1,76 Euro.

1 liter is about 3,8 gallon.

So a gallon will cost around 6,70 Euro.

How much is a gallon in the UK?

Average net wage is about 1700 euros a month.

A lot of cash for a Clio but I don`t necessarily agree with the comments about them not selling......Only 300 to be made, If thats true then they`d shift them easily.

sounds like wishful thinking. All the years from the beginnin of the 172 theyve managed to squeeze 28bhp (renault hp) from the engine. Where they gonna get 30hp from that they couldnt get before? More than likely:

2 seats
Cage
Perspex windows
R888 tyres
Cup chassie/suspension tweaked
Pedal box
Carbon bonnet
Coloured alloys w/ matchin vinyls
£5k on the price tag

Hhhmmmm, believe it when I see it I think. That car pictured has no carbon bonnet. 230 bhp out of the n/a 2.0 is a little optimistic too. You would think that with a figure of 230, they would be using the turbo out the Meg f1.

No not really, the clio cup racers are 205bhp and that with a few different parts, and the r3 maxi are about 250bhp, woodys is around 230bhp. So can b done.

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand im sad as i prefer the high revving nature of the 2.0L, but on the other hand im happy as it might help the Clio 200 hold its value? :huh:

port and polished head and a set of cams would do it along with basic mods.
