Clio Cup Sticker Kit (197/200)

Hi all. Can anyone enlighten me as to where i can get a sticker kit like this?(shown in pictures below). I know http://www.street-race.org/clio-cup-2013 sell the kit(if not very similar anyway) but i don't think the website is live anymore...

Any help would be appreciated.
