Clio 197 with Megane 225 conversion

Hello I am new to the forum.

I am building a clio 197 with a 2004 Megane 225 engine.
I am looking to see if anyone sells a wireloom conversion kit. Instead of chopping wires?

It's nearly built mate engine out and bits swapped around in a day. Just need the loom in before I do finish It off.
