Clio 197 Turbo Kit/Conversion

Hello everyone
So as per the title, I’m looking to turbo my 197. Now I know I could just meglio it, but doing it this way I can keep the vvt for faster spool, plus I have most of the bits in my garage laying about from previous renaults I’ve owned.
So the plan is to use:
Megane 225 turbo, manifold and downpipe
Megane 225 injectors
Custom oil feed and return
Custom intercooler piping
2.5 bar map sensor (megane item?)

Now the bit I’m not too sure about is the ecu and mapping side of things
I know efi has mapped many clios with superchargers on the standard ecu, would this be the same for turbo applications?
I’m only looking at low boost (230-240) just like the mk2 Clio conversions

I know the turbo outlet will need fettling to get on but I’ll either rotate or cut and weld it in my chosen location

Sorry I'm not offering any answers/help here, but I want to ask if you could create a progress thread for when you do this? Very interested to see how you get on and what kind of power you can get from the N/A engine!
