Painted my brakes this weekend. Just to brighten them up a bit! Wheel refurb and spacers next...

Then new exhaust system. Thinking either miltek or scorpion... Just unsure which.

How did you keep the logo?

I didn't, I sanded them down, taped them up, primered, then painted with 3 coats, waited to dry, stuck the brembo logo sticker on & then lacquered the whole calliper, baked and then re-fitted....

Thanks guys! Hopefully get the steering wheel sorted soon! Just don't know what to do first. Want to change the exhaust as the flat spot is ruining the car for me.

Small update....

Went to my local exhaust place (infinity exhausts) and had a centre box put in. It's transformed the car!!! No more flat spot and jerkyness and I think it sounds better too!!

Also fitted a HID kit...
20mm wheel spacers are currently on there way.




Also was detailing the car this weekend and noticed some ass hole has opened there door on my rear quater. Nice big dent on the line of the body work now. So annoyed but hopefully the dent man can pull it out tommorow.

Thought someone might mention that, fortunately the car rarely gets used at night so i don't see it as much of a problem. I will probably upgrade to projectors when a set come up.

Yeah I'm from yate, so literally just up the road really... But yeah I agree we should have a meet!!

20mm wheel spacers now fitted.. Sits much better now, and seems to corner a lot flatter!

Slight change of circumstances with this car. It will be up for sale in the next few months as I've just ordered a mini paceman cooper SD

Thats a shame mate this car was looking immense!

Quick question about your silencer/hesitation problem, did you put the old silencer back in or was it a completely new one from the exhaust place?
I find the hesitation/noises quite annoying aswell so might be tempted to refit my silencer.

Also any pics of the new car?

Lol thanks mate. & I had a custom centre box made. Completely transformed the car, literally made it so much better...
