Clio 197 Meglio Cooling

I’ve just replaced the radiator in my 197 Meglio with the Airtec radiator setup and finishing up the last couple of details.

The original radiator fan was just run on a switch inside the car from the previous owner/engine converter, but i’ve managed to find the 2 radiator fan plugs during radiator fitment.

I know one of the plugs is for low speed on the fans when the a/c is on the other should be the normal fan. Now when I put the ignition on there’s no power at the plug, but as soon as the car is started the fan as power.
I’ve plugged my scanner into the car to read live data and found the coolant temp is reading below 80 degrees (the car had been running a while whilst bleeding the system), and with just ignition on there’s no request for the cooling fan, but once started up the request for the cooling fan is active??

Surely if the live data is reading correctly and the gauge in the car is roughly matching that, then the coolant temp sensor must be ok? Why else would the fan be requested to be active by the ecu as soon as the engine is started?
I’ve personally not done the conversion on the car so I don’t know how the loom or anything has been modified?

Any help would be great from anyone who as done the conversion themselves, come across this before or has any wiring diagrams.
Thanks

But surely it’s the ecu that sends the signal to energise the relay in order for the fan to come on? And according to my scanner it’s saying there’s a request for the cooling fan to come on? So surely that points to an input at the ecu?

Also meant to add it’s the fan plug with the white and black wires that powers up as soon as the engine is started.
The other plug which I think was purple and yellow wires (need to check that as can’t remember) doesn’t power up at all which I presume is the plug for when the a/c is switched on but it’s been deleted on this vehicle. If anyone could confirm this please?

Surely with the a/c deleted this wouldn’t request for the fan to be on constantly?

With AC deleted, should not leave the fan on constantly.I fixed my problems with overheating etc, by putting fan the right way around, replaced the thermostat/fan relay, and just in case, fitted an over ride switch inside. This solved the problems on my Meglio.

Well as said the fan was never plugged in on the original radiator anyway as whoever did the conversion just put it on a switch but ideally want to wire it in properly now.

I’ll upload some pictures of the plugs and scanner screenshot to show my issue.

Images show one plug with black and white wires which is the plug I get 12v at when the car is running.

Another image shows a plug with brown and purple wires and this is dead so assume this was for the a/c fan.

There’s another 3 pin plug which is close to these 2 plugs as well which i’ve no idea where this would’ve gone too?

The other 2 images show my scanner when the ignition is on with not active on the fan, then once running the fan request is on?

So quick update, i’ve managed to find out what the 3 pin plug is for, that would’ve connected to the pressure sensor on the a/c condenser.
So now I just need to confirm which fan plug is which and if there’s any wiring diagrams that would be great.
