Contemplating ripping my aircon out my 197 cup, don't use it's unpressured as well, anyone know how to take it out and how hard it is?

its a future selling point having air-con and worth a few £££
just have it regassed
to remove it you will need a different aux belt and idler from the normal cup - remove engine bay pipes and also the condenser in front of the radiator and if doing it fully then the heat exchanger in the dash/heater box
