Christmas goodies - quick Q

Got a few bits recommended by Russ for Christmas, Auto Finesse lather and Citrus Spray - and a bottle of Autosmart G101 .....but just a quick Q.

Whats a good safe mix of the Auto smart G101 for cleaning wheels.:thumbup:

I keep reading mixed things and want to edge on the side of caution seeing as it's an almost new car..

I'm sure Russ will know but can't keep nausing him like he is my private valeting advisor...;/

G101 is generally safe at any dilution - even neat. Just dilute it according to the job you're doing.

We sell an APC if anyone's interested - it's very similar to G101 but cheaper.

Stronger Dilution for heavy soiling and gradually less for less if you get me

I use megs APC and have no complaints.

I use G101 at 10:1, but don't use it on the wheels (use bilberry for the wheels) I just use g101 to clean badges, door shuts, plastics, vinyl

I could see 10:1 doing a good job, if not chuck a bit more in.

G101 is great on wheels. I generally have 10:1 and 4:1 mixed up ready to go - then use whichever one depending on how dirty the wheels in question are.
