I have a decat and never recieved this message on my dash so I wouldn't condemn the sports cat.

If you want a good fuel cleaner get some bg44k off eBay, it's the shizzle!

Still have not received a call of renault orpington. Called them last night to tell them the Check emssisions light was back on.

I have not heard from them since. Only paid for the 197 on friday!

No seriously, give them some time, and then phone back in the morning mate.
it cant be as bad as the Vauxhall after sales that i had to go through with my VXR. They're on a different level of bad customer service!!

Received a call this morning.

Im now driving a twingo, as temp car as mine is with the service centre.

Fingers crossed!

Service called. Looks like the problem was a fuel injector.

They have replaced the part, and the 197 is currently having a test run.

Well,

The Check Emmissions light has come back on. Last time it came on was at least 500miles ago.

Im going to try some fuel cleanner. Only been using Tesco's 99Ron fuel since.

Failing that im going to have to call Renault service again.
