If I decide to chop out the cat, will the emissions light come on do you know?

Nope, the sensors are still in the pipe. The pipe work was Custom built so they put the hole in for the sensor but angled it so it points towards the rear, this means if the emissions are higher than normal, the sensor isn't getting full whack of it and doesn't pick up the change. Clever stuff No EML, lots of pops, bang and crackles, huge f***ing flat spot though. Remap next week to see if we can get rid of it

Just to add to this I have a full ktec system manifold back with decat.. I've never had a flat spot never had a flat spot when I put the system on I had the engine light on for about an hour and It went out hasn't been on since. Had it remapped in January and it made 208.4bhp with a crackle map. It doesn't make any difference to your performance if you have crackle or not. I'm just about to put 2 videos up on YouTube for you lot to hear. Ones straight after the map and the other was last week il put the links up when there on.
