Carbon trim

Sorry but i can't find the link now. ;/

I'd seen via a link from this site, a carbon dash trim, the one for the heater controls but it had the radio hole blanked off and did not have the hole for the starter button so for cup.

Anyone else seen it?

It was not super shiney type either.

Was it homemade ie. somebody carbon wrapped theirs?

I have a spare centre console and intend on CF wrapping it with the glossy CF finish.

No it was real carbon, it was on a site selling them, around 170euros IIRC.

They are €215 + postage, bear in mind that they are made from plain weave not 2x2 twirl fabric which its what most people want.

As you can see from the picture if you zoom in they don't look the best cosmetically but thats because they are made for motorsport applications where looks don't matter, they will however be dead light.

You'll also have to cut out a hole for the hazard and lock buttons.

Genuine parts that are wrapped with genuine carbon fibre.
Best bit about doing it this way is that you keep all the original clips.

I think the one i saw had the hazard hole too, i think it had a groove were the radio hole was but the radio hole was filled in.

Maybe i dreamt it :rofl:

Those on yours jase look stunning, were they expensive?
