carbon fibre wrapping + something has gone...

So i spent my day off yesterday carbon wrapping my centre.console it took me hours to get it right but Im very happy with it












Then decided to have a go at the clock surround I thought it was.clipped together but it is glued so Im am going to reglue it back together once I've decided if i like it carbon. Opinions?





oh and finally this is what a crap driveway and a low car do....



so off it came!



haha fair bit louder!! Id only recommend it you don't mind it quite deep and boomy at slow speeds. sounds great flat out and the pops and bangs are a lot more often and louder. when the roads are dry I'll get the go pro out

The dash looks superb. Though I reckon with a few layers of laquer to mate it more glossy, it would look even better.

Pushed it apart it felt like clips lol. Company called underground graphics it's the proper 3M stuff haven't glued it back yet haha.

Interested in taking my centre silencer out!! I have the same exhaust set up as you! Does it make the flat spot any worse?? Is it noticeably louder?? Too loud?

Hi i don't suppose any1 has any pics of this carbon wrap with lacquer on. I've also got my centre console wrapped in carbon, i keep seeing people talking about lacquering them but never seen a pic of it done.

Miltek is very good to start with especially with the de-cat! Didn't make it any worse but the car is cam'd and mapped :liambo: it is a lot louder the bangs after the beep are mentally loud getting on close to Clio cup car loud!!! Too loud for everyday really as boomy low down the revs okay at 50 or 70 though

With the decat it would pass the old mot emissions test but the new law is that the car had 2cats it must still have 2 cats video next week
