Took mine to a local garage last month charged me 400 quid all in cambelt, water pump and tensioner plus labour , there a small private company based in leyland just off m6 junction 28 called grinspeed
He solo bases him self round jap mainly civics conversions turbo/ super-chargers , track setup etc great friendly advice took them half a day or so had it straight back and put new coolant in as well
