Cambelt and Water Pump Change

Hello everyone! Could I ask you all for a bit of advice?

My Clio 200 has just ticked over 72k but it's been six years since the cambelt and water pump was replaced. I'm very happy to spend good money on having everything done at a garage who know what they're doing - I'd just like to shop around and find the best balance of cost/quality of service. I've been quoted £780 at my usual garage.

Does anyone have any recommendations of good garages in the Herts/Beds/Bucks area that know their stuff when it comes to the F4R? I have seen on very old threads that some forum members have good recommendations, some of which even offer savings for members/paid members, though I'm not sure if these are still active.

Also, at my car's mileage, what would you recommend regarding replacing the dephaser pulley?

Any advice is much appreciated.

I don't have any recommendation for the area but will say if you going to get the belts and pump done you might as well throw the extra bit of money to get the dephaser done also to save needing it later
