As the title says, both my front and rear wipers have stopped working. Took it out for a drive and a wash yesterday and the wipers only worked when I was on the motorway. At the car wash as well as at home they wouldn't do anything. Just tried them again and still nothing.
- I don't think it would be the motor or the linkage which seem to be common, as both of the wipers are not working. Car also lives in a garage and is not driven when it rains. I cleaned under the scuttle panel a year or two ago and it hasn't been out in the rain ever since.
- Also don't think it's the stalk, as the radio controls and the buttons for the little screen near the speedo still work fine.
- I checked the rear wiper fuse, which is perfectly fine (didn't check front wiper fuse as that one is a little hard to get to, but I also don't think that's where the issue lies)
Could I have a problem with one of the computer units (BSM/UPC I believe they're called)? Or am I having a different issue?
