yea i think theyv taken the mecanizm out as i press it and there dosent even feal like a buton behind the ruber any more rough *******s

If you take out the switch you can seperate the rubber from the plastic and you will see the contacts inside are probably all wet and green corroded looking, dry it out and loads of electrical contact cleaner should help it a lot.

too late now m8 ren are sorting it im an electrician by trade so shouda had a go myself but if ren mes it up its theyr problem

did hey say what the problem was? as iv managed to get the boot open now as, there is a small white buton inside just need to move it with a screwdriver and it opens

hi i have the same problem as you, my boot wont open, i can lock it but can't unlock it, where is this small white button you were on about?
