Bleeding the clutch.

If I can bleed brakes can I bleed a clutch?

What are the steps? I've read before instead of a nipple it's a pull out valve?

Gears are starting to catch when changing. Not bad but more resistance than the norm

Yes . just a bit more difficult to get at than the brakes. The valve on my 197 was a push in the clip and pull the barrel bit

have ur mechanic do it for ya..mine done a couple of months ago and its been fine since..worth doing..only cost me 20 quid...

Its a 5 minute - no tools required job! lol that was an easy £20!

One other thing, can you explains the symptoms you are having as it sounds a little like the well known gearbox issue that the 200 suffers from....
