Thanks for organising such a great outing Jimmy. Never expected anything like this when I signed up January last year.
Have met some great people through the forum recently and really looking forward to meeting more at future events.

Glad you made it back down ok, was the route fairly straightforward to the A1??

I enjoy organising these runs and seeing people get together. Always frustrating when you get stuck behind some dawdler, you're just thinking 'everyone's going to hate this! '

It was straightforward mate but the roads were slow going. No drama. Biggest problem was staying awake!
Had to have a break and a power nap

Yeah, it's the one of the main routes out of that part of Dales, so a lot of traffic uses it... It is the most direct though.

Oh SO much so mate. Always enjoy seeing them beaten by anyone. The fact that it was a cup final and they were beaten by a team who are where they are on merit and not by just buying their way there makes it all the better.

How do you feel about today's news? 2 more years? From an outsider looking in, it seems the best decision I think.

Mixed emotions on the 2yr deal if it's true Mes. Deserves it after winning us the cup final and giving us a great day out.
Reality is though he's old as f**k. It's delaying the inevitable. We will have to replace him soon so why not now? Gives the board some time now to find the right replacement I suppose.
Time will tell.

I think it's the best thing for Arsenal to be honest. What other options are there really? And you only need to look at what happened to us after Fergie retired for an example of how things can go pear shaped!

You guys should go after Diego Simeone I think!

I would've been happy with a year extra so he can find a replacement and transition for the change over of management.. 2yrs is too long! If next season doesn't improve then we've got another year of wasting time
