Need to get mine done but have other priorities at the moment.

Look forward to the pics though, think I'll get mine done the same colour as the original cup colour.

Hope they also turn out well, I went for the middle Anthracite (you'll see 3 colours, 1 dark, 1 ligher and 1 in the middle, what I went for).

Lol no it's not £20 for same day service, it's £20 without tyres, £30 if you want tyres taken off an put back on, extra £10 for same day service (normally a week turnaround) and £45 for drop your car off and they'll take them off l, store the car and refurb them the same day and put them back on.

Mine still have tyres on which they’re charging me £5 a wheel to remove and throw away hence £25 a corner not £20! I’ll put some pics up once they’re done

Thanks mate. In my head I’m going for the darker one as it’ll hopefully hide the brake dust better and these are going to be track wheels. Will see when I get there.

£20 for the week is what I meant.

So I suppose £25 to remove the tyres is good.

If you have the new ones I'd drop them off too. If they damage them It's down to them to sort out.

It’s not same day unfortunately. They couldn’t do it on a Saturday. Its a week turnaround. I’ve a mate going to collect them next weekend

Update:
Stud and nut conversion has turned up. 68mm rears and 75mm front.
May attempt fitting it Sunday.
Dropping my 2nd set of Silverstones into City Wheel Refurb in Birmingham tomorrow for powder coating. Theyre only charging me £100 to do all four!!
Cheapest I could get locally was £210+vat. Hopefully they come out half decent.
Bit of a trek but taking the family and visiting Warwick Castle. Everyone’s a winner

Cheers John. Yes I’ll put Rainsports on them and start taking them to trackdays as an alternative to my AD08R’s.

Dropped wheels off at Citywheelrefurbishment yesterday. Wife said go orange/lime but they wanted £10 a wheel extra(?) so opted for dark anthracite as these are only track wheels and the whole point of travelling to brum is to keep costs down.
Centre caps need painting so I’ll tackle them myself with a rattle can and if I’m not happy then get them done by a pro.
Diamonds came away with no breakages

Little ride out this afternoon with @///M and his missus. Photo doesn’t do the quality of cars justice. Stunning examples. Colour of the Lotus in the flesh is incredible.

Had a great time with great company. Look forward to doing it again
