Bast*rd Squeak!

Hello all i have developed a squeak on my offside front brake. The noise is constantly there and only disappears under braking. In slow traffic it sounds as if there is a high spot as the squeak builds up with movement. Very difficult to describe but less intermittent with speed up until say 50 odd where it is constant. I have had the calliper off and cant see anything out of the ordinary. Checked pad condition, disk warp, incorrect seat of pad and parts all copper greased. Any suggestions would be great thanks in advance
