Ball joint...can I get it?!

Evening guys, had a lot of creaking noise coming from the o/s/f so got the car up on the ramps today at my dad's garage. On further inspection we have found it to be the ball joint in a bad way!!
So I got on the phone to r-sport and spoke to somebody there who wasn't at all helpful and was very abrupt :/
anyway from what I was told I can't get the ball joint separately and would be a complete carrier!

I need number 26 on this diagram, are they available and what is it called exactly as I'd say it was the lower ball joint?
