I get the odd tap on the right heat shield which is no bother it can be ajusted.

Anyway, back to my original question, has anyone coupled the 64mm TB with a catback system? Got one arriving tomorrow too.

yes all standard cats with Ktr exhaust but you may well spot the slight different engine note from the custom maxogen

Fantastic! the pops and bangs out of it are just awesome, smiling ear to ear when driving it! Lovely, can be a bit boomy low down the revs which I hope will maybe settle some, but either way, sounds great.

It has settled a good bit already noise wise. Going to fit the 64mm TB later today hopefully, see how that goes

64mm TB installed, revs settled to 800/900 after 2nd start no problems, no flucuations.

Seems to have opened the lower revs up a bit, pretty sure it makes my new ktec exhaust pop and bang even more lol...in general seems to pull a little better through the range.

A pretty good mod for the price
