Are these worth fitting?

i have some powerflex front arm rear bushes but i really have no idea what they are for or if they are worth fitting? if they are is this something i can do relatively easily?

bushes can be a pain to remove and normally need to be pressed / burned out. So in terms of "being relatively easy" i would say not, although never done it on a clio.
